Software for self-generation programs, equipped with all the parameters of movement control and application mode completely configurable by the user according to the types of pieces or the desired quality.
The system is equipped with a reading barrier or other artificial vision systems for three-dimensional survey of parts in transit on the transport unit. The objects to be painted are first "photographed" by means of the scanning system positioned before the painting area, the reading data are then sent to the robot controller to be manipulated by a software.
The data obtained is then sent to the robot, which, on the basis of tables, associates the pre-constructed image with a painting method optimized by rules that differ according to the type of object to be painted.
The software is equipped with an online guide for setting program characteristics.
There are no stored programs, every time the system creates a new work program, any simple or complex form is possible.
