LIGHTWEIGHT AND ECONOMICAL WITH SELF-LEARNING AND PTP SYSTEM

Anthropomorphic robot with six degrees of freedom suitable for painting lines with air or floor transportation. Extreme flexibility and excellent pneumatic balance are its main features. This robot is ideal for self-learning and point-to-point programming. The payload is 3 kg. The carrousel version (GR 630 G) with two, three or four arms, is easy to program.

Arms are provided with a rotation unit synchronized with the robot which can be adjusted accordingly to the different working needs.

Pieces are loaded manually or automatically in a safe area. The carousel operates the product positioning to the front side for processing, then bringing it back to the unloading area. Carousel rotation is performed by a controlled axis with adjustable speed control.
