CMA robots: integrated safety in accordance with ISO 10218-1:2025
From 20 January 2027, the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 will come into force.
From 2027, CMA painting robots will be equipped with SAFE functions, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 10218-1:2025, the new edition of the international standard on the safety of industrial robots.
The integrated SAFE functions facilitate the integration of robots into production lines and support safety-oriented design right from the outset.
For CMA, safety and compliance are not a last-minute adjustment, but an integral part of the design process.
