Programming and process technologies

VRT is particularly suitable when the operator’s experience needs to be transferred quickly to the robot. By manually glazing a sample part, the system records movements and commands and then reproduces them automatically with precision and at the set speed.

For applications requiring digital preparation and optimization of the cycle, Offline Programming makes it possible to simulate the process in 3D, evaluate deposited material and modify trajectories and parameters from a computer. Automatic recognition systems complete the automation by identifying the ceramic product to be processed.
