Every project starts with an analysis of the part, the application cycle, the coating material and the production targets. Robots, linear tracks, handling systems, spray equipment, mixing and dosing units are configured to achieve a uniform and consistent finish while optimizing cycle times and paint consumption.

Programming and process technologies
With Offline Programming, the spraying cycle can be simulated in a 3D environment on the model of the part to be coated. The visualization makes it possible to analyze application performance, including deposited material, and to optimize trajectories and process parameters directly from a computer. Changes can then be transferred to the robot without interrupting production.
When particularly intuitive programming is required, Self-Teaching allows the operator to manually guide the robot through a sample cycle. Trajectories and commands are stored and then reproduced automatically at the required speed, simplifying the management of complex surfaces and variable production.
The result is a painting solution designed not around a standard robot, but around the customer’s product, process and production targets.
