CAPV - Automatic Spraying Parameter Control

Accessories

Automatic control of spray parameters is used to eliminate the need for manual adjustment of coating pressures.

It consists of a control panel containing three proportional solenoid valves and their associated accessories. The valves are controlled by three analog outputs from the robot controller.

In addition, the system allows for separate control of the needle opening, the atomization air opening, and the fan pattern, so that an adjustable delay can be inserted between the opening or closing of these two functions.

This helps keep the spray gun clean by preventing dripping and contamination.

The parameters are set and stored along with the program during the teaching phase and can be modified later.

Whenever the program and/or execution speed is changed—whether the cycle is paused or during operation—the parameters are automatically updated. The spray system must be configured for this purpose; specifically, it must be equipped with a servo-piloted flow regulator.
