The system includes a terminal installed in the loading area and directly connected to the robot control cabinet via Ethernet cable. It is used to set programs and work lists for one or more robots. Tagging can be performed manually, as well as by using a barcode reader. The terminal is also equipped with a USB interface.
The terminal allows supervision of the production cycle and the creation and saving of pre-work lists.
This makes it possible to check the program sequence before production starts. Photo archives can also be managed to help identify the work codes associated with the parts.
The terminal can also interface with the conveyor control cabinet via digital signals.
