The positioners are used to allow the loading and unloading of pieces in the safe zone, they are composed of the rotation axis by the interpolated piece and the rotation axis for the carousel.

OPTIONS: ATEX execution

Rotating positioner for large and heavy workpieces, allows loading / unloading in safe area, can be integrated with automatic loading systems, automatic workpiece reading systems and adjustable workpiece support groups. Pictured below with robot variant GR630.

The stand-alone version for lifting and rotating the workpiece is inserted into transport lines and is automatically managed by the robot. The device is available in several variants for optimal integration according to project lines.

Positioner model SHUTTLE, the pieces are alternately loaded and unloaded from two stations; the bottom bracket is used for the frontal positioning of pieces with reference to the robot.
