CMA elevator units are vertical moving parts. They can be used to extend the working area for large workpieces with vertical development.
The drive of the unit is integrated in the spraying robot control as a 7th axis (interpolated); for this reason, no further control is necessary.
It can also be used as a robot positioner to allow painting in different positions, the position is recorded within the painting program so that the movement can be done automatically. The units are designed to accommodate an operator in complete safety in order to carry out the programming of the work cycles.
