CMA Robotics entwickelt Robotersysteme, mit denen diese Prozessschritte in einen koordinierten und pr\u00e4zise gesteuerten Produktionsablauf integriert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die L\u00f6sungen werden individuell auf die Materialeigenschaften, die Geometrie des Werkst\u00fccks und den jeweiligen Prozess abgestimmt. Mehrere Roboter, servogesteuerte Drehvorrichtungen sowie 2K- und 3K-Dosier- und Mischsysteme k\u00f6nnen ebenso wie die Applikationstechnik in einzelne Roboterzellen oder komplette Produktionslinien integriert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Erfahrung von CMA Robotics umfasst auch Anwendungen \u00fcber die klassische Lackierung hinaus. Dazu geh\u00f6rt beispielsweise das automatische Auftragen von Klebstoff auf Schaumstoffe und expandierte Materialien.
