CMA Robotics entwickelt Roboterzellen und -systeme f\u00fcr die Fl\u00fcssig- und Pulverbeschichtung, die individuell auf das Werkst\u00fcck, das F\u00f6rdersystem, die Lackierkabine und die eingesetzte Applikationstechnik abgestimmt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die L\u00f6sungen k\u00f6nnen sowohl f\u00fcr die Serienfertigung als auch f\u00fcr Produktionslinien mit hoher Produktvielfalt ausgelegt werden. Bildverarbeitungssysteme, 3D-Scanner und automatische Werkst\u00fcckerkennung erm\u00f6glichen die Erfassung von Position und Geometrie und bei Bedarf die automatische Generierung des Lackierprogramms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei Pulverbeschichtungsprozessen kann CMA zudem die automatisierte Vorbeschichtung besonders anspruchsvoller Bereiche \u00fcbernehmen.
